Certified Innovation Assessors (AInA) are the only professionals authorized by GInI to conduct official innovation maturity assessments. Organizations seeking CInOrg certification are required to engage an independent third-party assessor, ensuring that assessments are conducted with the highest levels of competence, objectivity, consistency, and transparency.

Accreditation Process

    Meet the exam eligibility requirements.

    • Hold a university degree.
    • Have at least 10 years of professional experience.
    • Hold a valid GInI certification, either CCInO® or CInS®.
    • Own the GInI Applied Innovation Master Book.
    • Complete at least 24 hours of AInA-related training provided by a GInI-accredited Training and Assessment Provider (ATAP).

    Choose Your Learning Path

    • Self-Paced Learning: Prepare for the exam at your own pace after obtaining the GInI Applied Innovation Master Book (AInMB).
    • Instructor-Led Learning: Enroll in a training course with one of GInI’s accredited training providers.

    Apply for and pass the exam.

    The AInA exam is 150 minutes long and consists of 150 multiple-choice questions. A minimum score of 75% is required to pass.
