CIT Institute collaborates with nonprofit organizations to develop and implement developmental programs aimed at qualifying and empowering beneficiaries, enhancing their capabilities, and equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for effective integration into society and the workforce. We focus on designing high-impact programs that address the needs of target groups and support the achievement of sustainable developmental outcomes.
Implementing awareness and developmental workshops in the field of mental health in cooperation with specialists, with the aim of enhancing psychological awareness and supporting the quality of life of beneficiaries, in addition to developing the personal and professional skills of participants. A computer skills course was also implemented for the association’s beneficiaries, aimed at developing technical skills and raising the digital efficiency of beneficiaries.
Delivering workshops in first aid and health awareness for the community, contributing to raising the level of health awareness and enhancing readiness to deal with emergency cases.
Delivering non-profit workshops on CV writing and crisis management for female beneficiaries of the association from the deaf and mute category, with the aim of empowering them professionally and enhancing their personal and practical skills.
Participation in Entrepreneurship Week at the College of Business Administration through delivering workshops in leadership, empowerment, self-reality building, and transforming ideas into opportunities, in addition to programs in problem-solving and crisis management, which contributed to developing leadership and entrepreneurship skills among female students.
Delivering a mobile photography course for the association’s beneficiaries, aimed at developing creative and media skills and enhancing opportunities for professional use of digital photography.
Delivering a Cybersecurity Diploma program for the association’s beneficiaries, aimed at raising technical awareness and qualifying beneficiaries with the cybersecurity skills required in the labor market.
Delivering a Financial Saving Skills workshop, aimed at enhancing financial literacy among beneficiaries and developing personal financial planning and management skills.
Delivering a workshop in management and leadership for female employees of the Ministry of Education, aimed at developing leadership and administrative skills and improving institutional performance efficiency.
