Human Resources Management is one of the most important administrative functions in any establishment, given the importance of the human element and its impact on productivity efficiency. This concept has become part of the developmental goals of several international and global organizations. Considering that achieving Vision 2030 and its programs represents an integrated responsibility, and because human resources are the essence of the labor market and the foundation of the economy, the vision has assigned great importance to the role of this field in achieving its goals
The general objective
This program aims to qualify the trainee to work in the field of Human Resources with all the necessary skills and knowledge according to modern work methods and using the latest applications of Human Resource Management in all its fields
- Training Semesters: Five half-semester training sessions, each lasting 18 weeks.
Training Hours: 1632 training hours, in addition to 490 practical training hours in the job market, equivalent to 78 credited hours.
Training Language: Arabic and English for lectures and curriculum.
- Training Period: Trainees can choose their preferred training period.
- Morning: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Afternoon: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Evening: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

General FAQs
To be admitted, applicants must meet the following criteria:
General Secondary Certificate or equivalent:
Submit a valid General Secondary Certificate or an equivalent recognized qualification.Valid National ID:
Submit a copy of a valid National ID card.Valid Residence Permit (for non-Saudis):
Non-Saudi applicants must submit a copy of a valid residency permit (Iqama).
The trainee receives the diploma after:
Successfully completing the Comprehensive Exam of TVTC.
Settling all financial dues for the diploma.
Paying the 200 SAR certificate issuance fee required by TVTC.
A trainee will be denied access to exams if:
She is absent for 25 consecutive days without an approved medical excuse.
Or if her total absence exceeds 25% of the training units for any course without a valid excuse.
In both cases, the trainee is considered barred from the exam.
The total program fee is 23,000 SAR.
An optional monthly installment plan is available at 1,150 SAR for 20 months.
No, fees are non-refundable.
However:
The seat reservation fee (500 SAR) can be transferred to another program within 3 months.
It can also be deferred for up to 6 months according to the institute’s policy.
