General Objective:

This program aims to qualify the trainee to work in the field of human resources by providing all the necessary skills and knowledge, in accordance with modern work methods and using the latest human resource management applications across its various areas.

Program Details:

The Human Resources Management Diploma falls under the Department of Administrative Technology and aligns with the local job market needs for this specialization. The training for this diploma is delivered at technical colleges.

  • Duration of Study: Two and a half years.
  • Number of Training Semesters: Five semi-annual training semesters, each lasting eighteen weeks.
  • Training Hours: : 1,632 training hours, plus 490 hours of practical training in the labor market, totaling 78 credit hours.
  • Language of Instruction: Arabic and English in instruction and curricula.
  • Training System: In-person training at the institute’s premises.
  • Training periods:
    • Morning period: From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
    • Afternoon sessions: From 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Evening period: From 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Trainees are entitled to choose the training period that suits them.

A diploma certificate from the Department of Administrative Technology in the specialization of Human Resource Management,
which is equivalent to the associate degree issued by the Technical College.

Program Admission Requirements

The trainee must meet the following requirements to be accepted into the training program:

  • Attach a high school diploma or its equivalent:
    The applicant is required to submit a high school diploma or an equivalent academic qualification.
  • Attach a copy of the national ID card:
    The applicant is required to submit a valid copy of the national ID card.
  • Attach a copy of the Resident ID:
    Non-Saudi applicants are required to submit a valid copy of the residence permit (Iqama).

Frequently Asked Questions

To be admitted into the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1) A high school diploma or its equivalent

A valid and recognized high school certificate or an equivalent qualification must be submitted.

2) National ID card

A valid copy of the national ID card must be submitted.

3) A valid residency ID (for non-Saudis)

Non-Saudi applicants must provide a valid copy of their residency ID (Iqama/legal residency), ensuring it is active and up to date.

The trainee will receive the diploma certificate after completing the following requirements:Passing the comprehensive exam issued by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).Paying all financial fees related to the diploma program.Paying the certificate issuance fee of 200 SAR, as required by TVTC.

A trainee is prohibited from taking the exams in the following cases:If they are absent for 25 consecutive days without an approved medical excuse.If their total absences exceed 25% of the training hours for any course without an accepted excuse.

In both cases, the trainee is barred from the exam and is not permitted to take it.

The total fee for the program is 23,000 SAR.

An optional monthly installment plan is available at 1,150 SAR for 20 months.

No, the fees are non-refundable.

However:

• The seat reservation fee (500 SAR) can be transferred to another program within 3 months.

• It can also be deferred for up to 6 months in accordance with the institute’s policy.
