Terms and Conditions

To obtain a Centennial Training Certificate, the trainee must attend at least 80% of the total program hours. The center’s records are the official proof of attendance.

The certificate will not be awarded if the absence rate exceeds 20% of the course duration, and no excuse will be accepted, whatever it may be.

A full refund is available for cancellations made up to 5 business days prior to the start of the course. 30% will be deducted if cancellations are made within that time.

No refunds will be given after the course has started, whether or not the course was attended partially.

The trainee has the right to transfer his fees to another course or to receive a full refund only if the course is cancelled by Centennial Training.

Transferring registration to another course is only allowed 3 days before the start of the course, and will not be accepted after that.

Postponement or interruption after the start of the course is not permitted. An interruption is considered a complete withdrawal without entitlement to a certificate or refund of fees.
