1. Accuracy of Information
The trainee confirms that all information provided in the application form is accurate and complete, and accepts full responsibility for its validity.
The trainee affirms that the registered mobile number and email address are correct. If they change, the trainee must notify the Institute’s administration immediately.
The Institute bears no responsibility for any loss or issue resulting from failure to update contact information (e.g., training or exam schedules).
2. Fees and Payment
Training fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.
The Institute reserves the right to exclude any trainee who fails to complete payment before the program begins.
Payments must be made only through the official accounts listed on the Payment Methods page.
3. Institutional Compliance
The trainee must comply with all internal rules and regulations of Centennial Institute for Training.
The trainee is also bound by the regulations of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and the Ministry of Education supervising the Institute.
The trainee must provide clear copies of the payment receipt, national ID, and academic certificate via the official Institute email or submit them at the Institute premises along with the originals for verification.
4. Communication and Updates
The Institute reserves the right to contact the trainee via the registered email or phone number for updates regarding training courses, workshops, and marketing communications related to Institute activities.
5. Replacement and Postponement
A trainee may be replaced by another at least two working days before the course begins, subject to approval by the Institute.
Postponement requests are accepted at least five working days before the course starts. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure.
Postponement after the course has started is not allowed.
The postponement period may not exceed two months from the original registration date.
For diploma students, postponement of study is allowed, provided that completion occurs within five years as per TVTC regulations.
The Institute reserves the right to postpone any course if the minimum enrollment is not met, or in case of trainer or venue issues, and trainees will be informed of the new schedule.
6. Conduct and Discipline
Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited in classrooms or within Institute premises to protect intellectual property rights.
Sharing personal contact information or private trainee data is prohibited without prior administrative approval.
Discussions of political, religious, racial, or irrelevant topics are not allowed during training sessions.
Trainees must adhere to public morals, maintain respectful behavior with peers and staff, and wear appropriate professional attire.
7. Attendance and Assessments
Trainees must not be absent for more than 25% of total training hours; exceeding this limit disqualifies them from receiving a certificate.
Certificates will not be issued to trainees who receive negative performance evaluations or fail to meet the learning objectives.
Trainees must present valid identification on the first day of the course.
Examination and certificate authentication fees for qualifying courses are SAR 100 each, to be paid to the General Department of Private Training.
Certificates will not be issued in cases of incomplete documentation, unclear ID copies, or academic misconduct (plagiarism, forgery, etc.) — such violations will be reported to the legal authorities.
8. Electronic Agreement and Legal Binding
By using the Centennial Training Institute website, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms of this agreement in accordance with Article (9) of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
All electronic records, transactions, and signatures have full legal validity and enforceability, provided they comply with the provisions of this law.
9. Certification
A trainee will receive a Certificate of Completion only upon achieving at least 60% in the final assessment approved by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
The certificate will not be granted if the trainee fails to meet documentation or performance requirements.
10. Amendments
The Centennial Institute for Training reserves the right to amend or add any terms of this agreement at any time without prior notice to the trainee.
- The trainee is not entitled to request a refund or attend the course if they withdraw without prior notification, and they are required to fill out the course postponement form through the Institute’s administration.
- Registration fees for courses and diploma programs are non-refundable, but may be transferred or postponed upon approval by the Institute’s administration.
