About the Course

This course enables trainees to develop, implement, manage, and improve a business continuity management system in accordance with ISO 22301. It aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the continuity of vital operations in organizations and to effectively handle crises.

Course objectives 

  • Understanding the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) processes based on ISO 22301
  • Awareness of the interrelationship between ISO 22301 and other standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Understand the role of the auditor in planning, leading, and monitoring a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) audit in accordance with ISO 19011.
  • Interpreting the requirements of ISO 22301 in the context of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) audit
  • Preparing audit plans, leading the auditor team, drafting non-conformity reports, and following up on the audit process.
  • Act with appropriate professional care during the audit
